What can be exchanged or returned?
(Kindly note the following chart is for all Singapore Orders only. International Orders will incur shipping charges depending on your location.)
In order for returns/ exchange to be processed, all shoes must not have any creases.
How long do I have to exchange/return an item?
All items that are eligible for exchange/return has to be submitted and exchanged within 30-days from delivery.
Why are there charges for exchange/returns?
By charging a small fee for exchange/returns for promotional/sale items, we are able to keep our prices low. We would definitely love to provide free exchange/returns always but in order to be cost-effective, we would have to mark-up our prices 2-3x more. Thus, we believe that it is more preferable to charge a small fee for exchange/returns for promotional/sale items so that we can continue to offer our shoes at an affordable price.
Returns will strictly only be in the form of store credits.
How can I exchange/return an item?
To exchange, simply follow the guide below. Please note that if there are creases found on the shoes or if the shoes are worn, they will strictly not be eligible for exchange/returns.
How long do I have to wait to get a reply after submitting my request?
Please kindly allow 2-business days for your request to be reviewed. The office does not operate on weekends and on all Public Holidays.
